Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags attached). Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Garment bags that show signs of use
  • Travel accessories with removed tags
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
